To make truly good sushi, that look good and taste great - there are some tips and ticks you need to know. In our sushi classes, Heike (https://www.instagram.com/mum.chef.heike/) helps you learn the skills of making perfect sushi. Heike is our top-chef and the wife of Sven the Baker, she has many years of experience in the kitchen, both cooking, designing menus and consulting. She was the first European Sushi Master. So she knows what she is rolling about. With Heike’s help you will understand how to pair flavors better, make sushi rice that holds together and how to roll nice neat sushi. If you want to learn a new skill in the kitchen, surprise your loved ones with a new dish, or you are just love the kitchen and exploring different cuisines - join our next class and dive into the world of healthy cooking with Sven’s Baker’s Kitchen. Duration approx. 3 hours incl. snacks and beverages, ingredients etc.

Cancellation Policy

Should you have to cancel more than 48 hours prior to your class, you can choose between another date or a refund back to your credit card. Should you have to cancel less than 48 hours prior to the baking class, please understand that 50% of the paid amount is non-refundable and is covering the costs that have already occurred. The remaining 50% can be credited towards another (future) baking class. This amount will not be reversed to your credit card or not be refunded in cash. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel this class if the minimum amount of participants (6) are not signed up. We will then offer you an alternative rate or 100% refund.
